Thermal Imaging

Matrix utilizes thermal imaging technology to quickly identify building materials that have been impacted by flood and water damage.   This non-destructive identification technique allows us to pin-point damaged areas and avoid unnecessary removal of non water damaged building  materials. 

Mold Testing and Post Remediation Clearances

Matrix provides third-party post remediation mold testing to ensure airborne mold levels are returned to satisfactory levels following the flooding event.  Our post remediation moisture surveys are conducted to ensure that impacted building materials have been properly removed and disposed of by the restoration contractor.
